Phase 1: Foundation & Initial Growth (Q1 2024 - Q2 2025)

Objectives:

  • Establish core infrastructure for the VOY Finance ecosystem.

  • Deploy Bitcoin and EVM VVaults (staking, airdrop, multisig)

  • Integrate with Gnosis Safe for secure multi-signature transactions.

  • Implement AI-powered TraXX ONchain ID protocol for digitizing Real-World Asset trade finance document verification.

  • Launch Tradflux protocol decentralized security token marketplace for RWAfi

  • Onboard strategic partnerships with institutional lenders and asset originators.

  • Deploy $10m staking pools

  • Commence pilot trade $1m of RWAfi lending from VVault

  • Increase to $30m VVault

  • Funding rounds (Seed, Strategic, Public).

  • Coinlist launchpad

  • Listing of VOY token on major exchanges.

  • Deploy asynchronous ERC7540 vault creation protocol

Phase 2: Scaling & Market Penetration (Q3 2025 - Q4 2026)

Objectives:

  • Expand liquidity pools and integrate new asset classes.

  • Optimize AI-driven risk evaluation and underwriting.

  • Develop permissioned and permissionless lending pools.

  • Expand trade finance operations in the Middle East & APAC regions.

  • Launch SaaS-based solutions for banks and financial institutions.

  • Enhance the user interface and experience for retail and institutional investors.

  • Onboard more institutional partners and increase transaction volume.

  • Achieve a minimum of $100M TVL in tokenized trade finance deals.

Phase 3: Global Expansion & Institutional Adoption (2027-2028)

Objectives:

  • Expand into Europe, North America, and Africa.

  • Develop new financial products, including structured trade finance instruments.

  • Achieve regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Scale ecosystem utility through partnerships with global financial institutions.

  • Target 5% of the tokenized RWA market by 2028 (~$800B market share).

  • Implement additional governance and compliance layers for institutional-grade security.

  • Expand AI-driven trade finance analytics and automated decision-making.

  • Drive ecosystem sustainability through tokenized yield-bearing assets.

Key Metrics & Milestones

  • 2024-2025: $10M TVL, successful exchange listing, 10+ institutional partners.

  • 2026: $100M TVL, expansion into APAC, SaaS model launch.
